My Design Process

Define Requirements

The first step is to define the business needs, requirements, and expectations for the project. It's important to clearly understand the deliverables and timeline and to keep all team members informed. At this stage, I like to formulate my own hypothesis about the potential problems that may arise.

During the discovery phase, I gather information and explore the problem space by talking to people and reviewing user reports. If user research is not feasible, I may conduct ad hoc interviews to avoid designing blindly.

Interpret the Results

The interpretation phase allows me to define the users, their needs and pain points. Personas, journey maps, storyboards, and problem statements may be created or revised. At this stage, I also set goals and determine the metrics for success.

The ideation phase is a time for creativity and exploration. I bring in developers, other designers, stakeholders, and customer support to brainstorm a range of potential solutions. I aim for quantity over quality at this stage.

About Me

I’m a Lead Product Architect at KANTAR XTEL via Convo Corp, currently focused on transforming how users interact with XTEL’s Retail Execution (ReX) module. My goal? To make complex workflows feel effortless by shifting traditional UI to a more intuitive, AI-driven experience.

Right now, I’m designing a conversational AI interface that simplifies tasks and reduces cognitive load, making the product smarter and more user-friendly. I’m also building a scalable mobile design system from scratch to ensure consistency across XTEL’s ecosystem.

I love solving design challenges, whether it’s through wireframes, prototypes, or usability testing. Collaboration is at the heart of my process—I work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical constraints.

At the end of the day, I’m all about creating experiences that feel seamless, look great, and actually make people’s lives easier.
